How SNAP cuts are impacting Kansas | KSNT27

Watch the Feature Here.

We’re incredibly grateful to KSNT and Rob Hughes for shining a light on the real impact of SNAP program cuts—and for giving voice to the families, staff, and volunteers affected by this loss.

As our founder Johnathan Sublet shared in the interview, this is about more than funding.

“These are not numbers on a sheet… These are lives of families.”
SNAP-Ed programming like our healthy meal prep classes doesn’t just teach skills—it protects health, builds dignity, and uplifts entire households.

While the SNAP-Ed program may be ending September 30th, our commitment is not.

Our community is already stepping in, and we believe in what’s possible when neighbors come together.
“We come back because we come together.”

Thank you, KSNT, for helping us tell this story with compassion and truth.
Together, we’re not giving up—we’re building forward.
