SENT Inc. and True to Life Ministries Launch Transformative Partnership to Empower Disconnected Youth in Topeka
Topeka, KS – [July 2025] — SENT Inc. is proud to announce a powerful new partnership with True to Life Ministries (TTLM)—a Texas-based nonprofit with over 15 years of proven success empowering individuals through coaching, education, and life transformation. Together, these two organizations are launching “Level Up,” a groundbreaking, non-religious success coaching program designed to support disconnected youth in Topeka as they step into adulthood with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
“Disconnected youth” refers to individuals ages 16–25 who are not in school, not working, and lack the support needed to navigate toward long-term independence. According to national data, these young people face alarming risks—only 1% go on to earn a degree, and many experience homelessness, generational poverty, or long-term instability. Without intervention, the estimated lifetime societal cost is $500,000 per individual.
Level Up aims to change that story.
Through a customized six-month coaching program, Level Up offers:
- One-on-one virtual coaching sessions (2/month) with trained professionals from TTLM
- Personalized success planning, including a Living-Wage Reality Check
- Career and postsecondary education navigation
- Real-world skill development and text-based support
- Optional group coaching opportunities
Together, these supports are designed to help students transition confidently into employment, further education, or vocational training—all paths that lead to greater opportunity and lasting change.
A Shared Vision for Holistic Transformation
Launching in Spring 2026, the Level Up pilot will serve youth referred through Avondale Academy, an alternative school in Topeka that primarily operates virtually. The hybrid model allows TTLM to deliver consistent, high-quality coaching remotely, while SENT Inc.—the lead host of the partnership—will provide local Client Advocates and wraparound support, including transportation, document assistance, and other basic needs.
Brail Watson is the SENT Campus Connections Point of Contact for this initiative, and will coordinate local efforts and mentor support.

What’s Next
The timeline for the pilot rollout includes:
- August–September 2025: Program preparation and participant identification
- January–July 2026: Advocate training and mentorship development
February–July 2026: Active coaching phase with individualized support
The program represents a $11,000 investment in youth transformation, supported jointly by both organizations and reflective of their long-term commitment to equity, empowerment, and educational access.

True to Life Ministries has served over 25,000 individuals since 2009, helping break the cycle of poverty and building brighter futures. In 2024 alone, TTLM supported more than 3,500 youth and adults through coaching, internships, and workshops.
