TOPEKA (KSNT) – SENT Inc. will be holding its Annual Halloween Costume Giveaway and Child Mental Wellness Fair next month.

SENT Inc. will offer families free, new and gently used, Halloween costumes to children of all ages on Oct. 11. Children will also be able to pick up a “passport” to visit stations designed to teach about healthy coping skills, emotional expression and mindfulness.

The event will also offer families a chance to pick up groceries from the SENT Inc. Southside Filling Station Food Pantry. Qualifying individuals will also be able to get their flu shot for free. Last year’s event saw more than 370 participants with 131 children completing the mental health passports.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Oct. 11 at 455 Southeast Golf Park Boulevard. SENT Inc. said its also collecting costumes until Sept. 30 that can be dropped off at the same location. To learn more about SENT Inc., click here.
