A culturally intentional, evidence-informed approach to
whole-person wellness.
SENT’s Southside Wellness Clinic now offers holistic health consultations with our on-site practitioner, focusing on root-cause understanding, accessible interventions, and personalized wellness pathways.
At SENT’s Southside Wellness Clinic, we believe true health is more than the absence of illness. It is balance—between body, mind, spirit, and community. Many of our neighbors are looking for ways to complement their current care, address ongoing health concerns, or explore natural options that better fit their lives and values.
Holistic Health Consultations are designed to meet that need. These appointments provide space to be heard, understood, and supported, while building a care plan that respects your cultural identity, personal story, and long-term wellness goals.
Too often, health care focuses only on symptoms. At Southside Wellness Clinic, we look deeper. Through holistic health consultations, we explore the root causes of imbalance—physical, emotional, and environmental—while honoring both ancestral healing wisdom and evidence-informed strategies. Our approach is:
Trisha Osier-Duvall, Community Health Advocate
Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (BCHHP, RCS, CHE)
Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner
BIPOC Root Cause Specialist
Clinical Health Educator
Women’s Health Certification (In Progress)
Trisha brings years of experience in holistic health, clinical education, and culturally intentional care. Trained to recognize health patterns that are often overlooked in standard medicine, she specializes in working with BIPOC communities where misdiagnoses can be common. Her practice blends evidence-informed care with a multi-generational legacy of holistic healing traditions, making each consultation both personal and powerful.
Access to holistic medications is available only after a consultation. This ensures safety, personalization, and proper integration with your existing care.
Consultation and consent are required before any product is recommended.
Custom-compounded medications are created after your appointment and lab review.
A few pre-formulated community batches may be available for common concerns (such as nausea, headaches, or UTIs), but even these are tailored after you are seen.
After your first consultation and purchase, recommended items may be purchased off the shelf.
All products are made fresh and require a 1-week lead time for pickup.
Following a consultation, patients may be recommended Elemental Elixirs—a line of custom-compounded, evidence-informed herbal interventions. Each formulation is made fresh with attention to cultural traditions, clinical safety, and the intention of the healer.
These medications are not treatments, but interventions designed to support your body’s natural ability to restore balance.
