How Topeka City Council District 3 candidates view Hi-Crest issues

Topeka City Council candidates for the District 3 seat Daisy Karimi and incumbent Sylvia Ortiz, participated in a candidate forum Oct. 22 at SENT Inc. facility, where they addressed issues affecting the Hi-Crest neighborhood.
District 3 is one of the seats that includes part of the Hi-Crest neighborhood.
