TOPEKA, KS (April 2026) — SENT Inc. announced the expansion of the Southside Wellness Clinic, a critical step in meeting the growing demand for accessible, coordinated healthcare in Southeast Topeka. Following significant growth in 2025, the clinic will move into a newly designed, fully integrated clinical space at the Avondale East Care Center.
The expansion will include a dedicated waiting area, multiple exam rooms, on-site lab collection, a front office, and space for Chiropractic and Massage Therapy services, creating a more efficient and connected model of care.
“This expansion is about more than space. It is about making care more accessible, more connected, and more dignified for every person who walks through our doors,” said Trisha Osier-Duvall, Community Health Advocate “When healthcare is designed around the whole person, it changes outcomes for individuals, families, and the broader community.”
