Topeka approves tax breaks for 176 new affordable housing units

The Topeka City Council is giving tax incentives to a workforce housing development being led by a local nonprofit.

Johnson-Betts Meadows, a development lead by SENT Inc., will get about $4,637,121 in tax benefits to build 176 units of affordable rental housing.
