OUR APPROACH

"Helping strategies, if indeed they are to be ultimately helpful, demand careful examination and long-term implications"
- Robert D. Lupton: Charity Detox

HOUSING

SENT is committed to the revitalization and redevelopment of our community through economic and housing development. SENT plans to purchase and repair homes in the Hi-Crest Neighborhood, providing residents jobs and helping families with housing through renting or ownership.

COMMUNITY

When life-giving resources are fused with natural assets and abilities found within a neighborhood, the people develop dignity and ownership. These outside and indigenous resources working together resources empower the residents toward healthy transformation.

MENTAL HEALTH

SENT believes that part of seeing holistic transformation of a neighborhood is also addressing mental health and emotional needs. SENT is striving to make mental health services accessible and affordable. SENT is now offering counseling services to help individuals and families to help with mental health needs such as managing stress, anxiety, coping with loss, depression, and overcoming trauma. EDUCATION

Launch (SENT's summer camp) is a STREAM program (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art, and Math) that focuses on providing life-giving resources and life-changing experiences through loving relationships for kids in order to support their educational success, and Bull’s Eye classes to help with their emotional resilience.
