Expanding Education:

- Tripled the capacity of SENT Prep through strategic capital projects.
- Transitioned SENT Prep to a local small business owner, ensuring sustainable childcare solutions for Southeast Topeka families.
Advancing Affordable Housing:

- Completed one home rehabilitation project, creating safe and dignified living conditions.
- Distributed over 30 air conditioning units to families in need.
- Laid the groundwork for four net-zero homes to be built in 2025, a 60-home subdivision set to break ground this year, and a 180-unit low- to moderate-income apartment complex scheduled for 2026.

Enhancing Health and Wellness:

- Introduced chiropractic care, massage therapy, trauma-informed occupational therapy, and medical services to our offerings.
- Planned the launch of the Southside Wellness Clinic, set to open in 2025.
Fighting Food Insecurity:

- Launched the Southside Filling Station food pantry, serving 1,671 families from 38 zip codes in just 16 weeks. Nearly 80,000 pounds of food were distributed, with over $70,000 worth of volunteer hours donated.
Strengthening Mental Health Support:

- Delivered 753 one-on-one counseling sessions to clients from 18 Kansas towns, with some traveling over 70 miles one way.
- Invested $31,000 in free or reduced-cost mental health services, including $8,000 for school-based support at Ross Elementary and Eisenhower Middle School.
- Hosted therapy groups for 334 participants.
Addressing Substance Use:

- Completed our first year as a licensed substance-use treatment facility, providing 102 individual therapy sessions.
Empowering Senior Citizens:

- Launched a job training program employing 10–12 senior citizens, creating meaningful work opportunities without impacting their benefits.
Celebrating Community Connections:

- Distributed 1,500 costumes at our Halloween giveaway and welcomed 184 children at our Pictures with Santa event, with families traveling from as far as Kansas City, Abilene, and Junction City.
Advocating for Families:

- Supported 238 individuals through our case management program, making 419 referrals and celebrating 66 successful discharges.
Planning for the Future:

- Developed a farm-to-food truck workforce development program for high-risk employees, set to launch this year.
