Over the past 20 years, the Hi-Crest community has seen a dramatic shift. Crime peaked in 2005, but for the last two years, we’ve held steady at 66% below that high. Since the launch of Fellowship Hi-Crest and SENT, reported crimes have dropped another 29%. What’s driving this change? It’s not just policing—it’s people.
Through deep community engagement and strategic economic development, we’re proving that when neighbors invest in their neighborhood, transformation follows. We deeply respect and appreciate our law enforcement officers, and we also know that safer communities are built from the ground up. As we continue to invest in Hi-Crest—through housing, education, mental health, and job opportunities—we believe this trend will only continue.
