TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – When people on Topeka’s east side need to connect with resources, they just ask Tricia…. or Tricia… or Trisha!

SENT Topeka has a lot going on at its Family Resource Center, and three women with the same first name are leading many of the efforts.

Tricia Sublet, Tricia McCourt and Trisha Osier-Duvall visited Eye on NE Kansas to detail their efforts.

Sublet said their Family Resource Center provides a multifaceted approach, with services assisting education, housing, mental health, and community wellness.

McCourt is a licensed addiction counselor. This year, she is leading a campaign addressing substance use disorder. Each month will have a different focus, with topics aimed at both decreasing barriers to treatment as well as prevention. For April, the focus is stress management.

Osier-Duvall is guiding the recently launched Southside Wellness Clinic. The clinic offers minor medical services in a range of areas, allowing families to meet multiple needs with a single visit.

SENT also has a range of other programs. Find details and information on how to get involved at https://senttopeka.com/.
